Hot melt adhesive sealing box, fast and environmentally friendly
Hot melt adhesive sealing is a new type of sealing method for cardboard box packaging. The fastest way to seal a cardboard box is to use hot melt adhesive, which can be quickly sealed through the combination of a glue stick and a hot melt adhesive gun. Hot melt adhesive is a non-toxic and odorless environmentally friendly product that overcomes the shortcomings of previous sealing methods. High quality glue sticks need to be matched with suitable hot melt adhesive equipment and other auxiliary equipment to achieve automatic or semi-automatic glue spraying and achieve the best sealing effect. The bonding time of hot melt adhesive can be as low as one or two seconds, and it can be used to seal the cardboard box in a spot or strip manner.
The advantages of good adhesive strength, high tensile strength, low temperature resistance, aesthetics, fast automation, and low cost have partially replaced traditional bundling and tape packaging. Hot melt adhesive bonding is one of the key processes in paper product processing and one of the key technologies in the industry. It is widely used in the packaging of daily paper products, such as beer cartons, gift boxes, handbags, straw fixing adhesive, pearl cotton bonding, etc. Its working principle is to melt the hot melt adhesive into a liquid state, apply it to the surface of the cardboard box through a machine and spray gun, and after cooling, it can be bonded to meet the sealing requirements of the cardboard box, overcoming the defects of traditional cardboard box sealing.
Compared to tape, hot melt adhesive has strong penetration and good wet material adhesion, which can enhance the overall strength of the cardboard box and avoid deformation and cracking. The hot melt adhesive coating system can apply adhesive to key parts of different shapes. In the cold climate of the north, due to the poor low-temperature resistance of self-adhesive tape, it is easy to open, while hot melt adhesive has good low-temperature resistance and can withstand low temperatures.
In addition, hot melt adhesive has a long storage period, occupies a small area, and no special storage requirements, while adhesive tape has a short storage period and requires specific storage conditions, which is prone to deterioration.
