The hot-melt glue gun is mainly a tool for gluing (or extruding). It can be used to bond various materials, and is widely used in building decoration, electronics, automobile and auto parts, ships, food and containers and other industries. Glue guns can also be seen everywhere in ordinary families. They can be used to make handicrafts and paper products, so how to use them correctly?



The hot-melt glue gun may vary according to the brand and power appearance or size, but the use methods are similar. Prepare the hot melt adhesive and the glue gun, and then insert either end of the hot melt adhesive strip to the end of the glue gun. After inserting the glue strip, power on the hot melt adhesive gun, and then turn on the switch of the hot melt adhesive gun. Generally, the switch is in the handshake position. When turned on, the indicator light will light up.


Open the bracket of the hot melt glue gun and place it on the plane. Wait for about 3-5 minutes for the glue gun to warm up. If the temperature is not preheated, it will not meet the standard requirements, so we need to preheat the glue gun and align the position of the glue outlet with the object to be bonded. Press the switch once to use it normally. The operation mode is actually very simple. After bonding, turn off the switch and unplug the power plug. Just note that the metal reissuing temperature at the glue outlet of the glue gun is relatively high. Do not touch it with your hands to avoid scalding during operation. Do not take out the glue stick inserted in the electric glue gun. It can be used directly next time.
